Class Description - Pilates Plus

This Pilates class adds the use of Thera-Bands creating resistance to achieve greater emphasis on developing core strength. We may also use Medicine Balls or Stability Balls to achieve a greater focus on core stability. The class includes traditional Pilates movements performed at a moderate pace. The option of adding Thera-Bands, Medicine Balls, and Stability Balls creates a more intense workout that builds both strength and balance. |
